Ron Milone
Director
Ron comes from a family of builders and has been a qualified carpenter for over 40 years.
Just as much as his great skill, his passion for engineering and seeing structures take shape from the ground up has played a big part in his success in the construction industry.
With literally thousands of homes completed over his career, his practical knowledge and experience is second to none, and ensures that everything he does is carefully considered and executed to the highest level.
While he loves the process of building, his greatest satisfaction comes from watching people take delivery of their new homes.
Daniel Milone

Dan is a third-generation builder who not only eagerly followed in his father’s footsteps but found a way to take his love of building and construction to another level.
Having developed a strong interest in architecture and design, Dan completed a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Architecture at Deakin University.
His further study only served to reinforce his belief in meticulous attention to detail. He gets the greatest satisfaction from seeing everything align seamlessly, something he instils in those around him.
Dan also maintains a strong focus on his relationship with each client, knowing that forging those strong relationships leads to the best results.
